1.We all shipping our customers parcels within 24 hours upon the payment arrived.
2.All stuff are shipped from China. The shipping carrier we use depends on where you are located.

You will recieve a tracking number from us after 2 days in which you can go to the shipping carriers site and track the package(s)
NIKECITY is in no way responsible for any actions customs takes against your package. If your package is held at customs we will attempt to have it released, if not then there is nothing we can do and you will be offered a refund(half of them)!
All packages must be signed for. If no one is home to recieve your package, then it will be held until you are able to sign for the package.
