We always use most suitable shipping company for you which lowers the risk of customs. Most of the time we never get the shoes stopped by customs. Invoice would be enclosed in order to save your possible customs duty and tax. We are not responsible for products seized by local customs. We can't control any option or right that customs holds. We will do our best to help release the shoes. If your customs hold your package and don't release by any reason、rule or policy, we will not refund and are not responsible for such an instance.But we will resend the all of the goods for U.S.A,United Kingdom,Canada,Australia;a half of goods for Europe(France,Germany,Russia,Italy,Holland,Greece,Denmark,Norway and so on)
Return policy
We will resend or refund the full payment to you for the following items:
1. The goods you receive is different with the description(Style,Color or Size).please return it within 3 days after you receive it, and must be sure it is good condition ! after we receive the item(s), we will return the full payment to you, you must contact with me before you renturn it
2. You don't get your order 45 days later since you paid
We don't refund for the following items:
1. We don't refund or exchange the goods if the style/size/color is correct actually,but you feel the size is smaller or it can't be fit for you
2.The goods arrived at your post office,and the worker attempt to delivery failure for several times,and we aslo email you to contact your post office to pick up,but you never response us.If you want to resend the order,you must re-pay the shipping fee after we get the package
